Kelly Kumpis is a ceramic artist and instructor born and raised in Los Angeles, CA.

KellyMakesCeramics is the intersection of artistic and aesthetic influences in the form of functional and fun high-fire ceramics.

Before ceramics, Kelly worked primarily in watercolor and gouache, focusing on illustrative painting. She now spends the majority of her time making mid and high-fire pottery. Kelly strives to create ceramic work influenced by traditional forms with a fun and youthful touch.
